Anyone up for a challenge??

My sister-in-law says she's tired of being fat. So I came up with a program for her that has walking/jogging. We set a goal that she's going to do her very first 5K (3.1 miles) on January 31st. I can't remember which one it is but it's somewhere here in Phoenix and probably costs maybe $20-25. Anyway, if any of you are up for that challenge let me know. I can email you the program if you want to start. It should basically take about 20-30 minutes 3-4 times per week. It's not that difficult but I know the hardest part of exercising is being motivated to do it.
The idea is to do the 5K at the end of January and then continue the training for a duathlon (run 2 miles, bike 12 miles, run 1 mile) in March. That one is in Prescott so you may or may not want to drive for that. I have family up there so I'm going to do that as well. Happy training!!
